Privacy notice

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email address and your company. If you choose to share them, we also collect your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you put in your note.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one thing: to answer your request. Usually that means preparing your Reachable Buyer Map and talking it through with you. We do not add you to a newsletter or to any list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Pipeline Machine who are working on your request. We do not sell your details, and we do not rent them or trade them with anyone.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to valerie.tyler@pipelinemachine.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will take care of it. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. We do not know who visited, and we are happy to keep it that way.
